Your Comfort

The facilities provide a wide range of activities designed to offer our residents opportunities to socialize, recreate, exercise and interact with others. A calendar of monthly events is posted in each resident's room. Some of the activities offered include; exercise, current events, bingo, community events, shopping trips, religious services and parties. Activities are offered morning and afternoon, several evenings and on weekends. We encourage residents, families and volunteers to offer suggestions for events to include in our calendar. Volunteers who enjoy interacting with elders are encouraged to participate in our activity program. Sharing special talents such as music, craft instruction, travel adventures is always enjoyed and appreciated.

Social Services

Asta Care Centers provide a wide range of social services to all residents and families. These services are designed to meet the emotional, spiritual and material needs of residents appropriate to their life at the facility. Some of the services provided include:

* Linkage with community services and programs including voting
* Assistance with guardianship, advance directives
* Resolution of peer, personal or family conflicts
* Behavior management

There is no additional charge for assistance from social services.
