Services Offered

24 Hour professional nursing services in short and long term care, skilled and intermediate levels. We also provide care to Alzheimer's patients.

Our Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated

Medicare, medicaid, respite care, hospice, and sub-acute care.

Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

Complete geriatric nursing and restorative care, specializing in stroke, fracture rehabilitation, and post operative care.

Consultative services are available from outside professionals. Residents are encouraged to choose their own physicians.

Our professional staff will develop a personal program for each person. They are recognized as indivduals with a variety of unique needs.

Opportunities to socialize and become involved with the Carlyle Healthcare family are highly encouraged to combat loneliness and depression

Frequent visits by family , friends, clergy, and volunteers provides a great advantage in achieving the goal of allowing residents to feel that they are in the mainstream of life's activities.
