Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab Center is located in historic Lebanon, Illinois and we are easy to get to! We are located approximately 20 minutes from St. Elizabeth's and Memorial Hospital as well as being only 25 minutes from the St. Louis area.

Our nursing staff is compassionate and caring. We have an outstanding therapy program that truly adds to the quality of life for our residents. Our Activities Department offers our residents a wide variety of stimulating activities that our residents love!

Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab Center offers comprehensive therapy services to meet the needs of our residents. Our objective in rehabilitation is to get each resident to their highest functioning level. Often this means a return to the community of a greater ability to function independently. Cedar Ridge has 34 different therapy programs and has state-of-the-art equipment. We believe that we have the finest therapists in this entire area! We have a dedicated full-time therapy staff. Our staff receives ACP training, the same training that is received by professional sports teams. Our therapy can make a difference in your like or in the life of your loved one.

Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab Center offers our residents a wide variety of stimulating, innovative, and exciting activities. We have a "Back to School" program in which residents continue to learn in a variety of subjects and then even have a graduation ceremony. We have a wide variety of outings, Tai Chi sessions, crafts and out residents even enjoy the benefits of the popular Wii video gaming system! Cedar Ridge residents also enjoy a steady stream of entertainment. We are proud of the fact that NBC Channel 5 in St. Louis aired a segment that featured our activity programming!
