Our Mission

The extent and scope of Central Baptist Communityâ€™s mission embraces a full range of human needs that pertain to the elderly and is limited only by our imagination, our skills, our resources and our willingness to carefully risk meaningful change. The care of the elderly is much more than comfort, safety, security and good healthcare. It must attempt to create a balance between providing care to the elderly and dealing effectively with people and situations of the world around us. This includes growing in spiritual wholeness and understanding the meaning of life, aging and death. We strive to promote quality of life through stimulating healthful lifestyles and interest in continued personal development, recognizing personal limitations and independence.

We believe each individual is created equal by God and is of infinite and unique value as a person. We endeavor to create a helpful and meaningful sense of community through building mutual values and faith. We seek to witness to Christ through word and loving concern, through community life and healthcare.

We are dedicated to provide services to elderly persons without regard to race, age, sex, creed, color, condition, ancestry or national origin.

We believe professional, compassionate, spiritually-founded holistic care of elderly persons can bring joy, purpose and even restoration to those seniors who have lost hope or health. We strive to motivate those we serve to new self-understanding, self-awareness and self-acceptance, inspiring them to a higher level of fulfillment and meaning in life.
