Eberhardt Senior Community is located on a 27 acre campus on the southwest edge of Arthur, Illinois. Eberhardt Village is the newest addition to the long established Arthur Home facility which now covers the full spectrum of skilled senior care.

Eberhardt Village opened in 2008 as an extension of our mission to seniors to provide an assisted living home and allowing us to become a continuing care senior community. Our assisted living allows full independence for our residents, yet with many of the services and lifestyle options that might be required to allow our seniors to have the friendship, love and care that our staff and all the neighbors provide.

Arthur is a small, peaceful, mid-western village in east Central Illinois. Arthur is in the Heart of Illinois Amish Country, having the oldest and largest Amish settlement in Illinois.

Eberhardt Village's campus is adjacent to a large community park and the Decatur Memorial Hospital Clinic. Arthur itself is proud to have fully staffed medical clinics from three different regional hospitals, two dentists, and two chiropractors. Less than two blocks from the Eberhardt campus is Arthur's emergency service center housing fire and ambulance services.

Our Eberhardt Senior Community includes 27 acres of southwestern Arthur with both the Arthur Home for Skilled Nursing Care and The Eberhardt Village Assisted Living Facility.

Our residents have an immense opportunity for lifestyle choices and continuing care if necessary.

Eberhardt Village's park-like setting includes a pond, large grassy areas and the nearby, tree shaded park grounds. We offer a Village Store on site, many common areas for friendly gatherings, lot of windows and natural light, a beauty and barber shop, many social and recreational areas and programs, a beautifully appointed main dining room, a private dining room for special occasion meals, personal laundry facilities and a bible study and spiritual area.

Outside on our landscaped grounds are areas for gardening, walking, or resting to enjoy the broad scenery of our rural area.
