Elmwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, is a warm, very comfortable living environment sensitive to the special needs of each resident. Whether you are with us for a short period of recuperation or for a longer term of therapy and care, a full staff of professionals dedicated to serving your individual requirements are always available.
Elmwood, licensed, certified and vigorously inspected by both State and Federal agencies, is skilled and intermediate nursing care facility which provides an extensive variety of services to help you maintain your independence. We are centrally located and have swift access to specialized professional, technical, and medical care should they be required to achieve or maintain your optimum health condition.

* Just received a new generator for use during power outages.
* Our therapy department has recently been remodeled as well as one wing in the facility. The rest of the facility will be remodeled in the coming months.
