Way-Fair at Fairfield Memorial Hospital provides long-term skilled care nursing and services to those who require medical care, nursing care, and/or rehabilitation services. Way-Fair is available to all without regard to age, race, religion, sex, color, national origin, marital status, handicap status, organizational affiliation, or physical or mental impairment.

Under the direction of the patient’s physician, Way-Fair can provide the following for each resident:

· Physician services

· Physical therapy

· Occupational therapy

· Speech Language Pathology

· Respiratory therapy

· Skilled Nursing services

· Medication administration

· Wound care (severe or multiple wounds)

Medicare A for long-term care covers 100 days if you’ve had 3 full nights stay in an acute care hospital and you meet the criteria of needing skilled service.
