Faith Countryside Homes, a not-for-profit retirement community, has long been known and respected for serving the elderly with compassionate Christian care. With the addition of Freedom Place and Providence Place, we now offer a continuum of care, including independent living, assisted living, specialized Alzheimer/dementia care and skilled nursing care.

-- Providence Place, our assisted living apartments, combines the benefits of independent and supported living in the privacy of your apartment home by providing personalized assistance and services.
-- Faith Care Center is a newly constructed 62-bed modern healthcare facility which provides 24-hour skilled nursing care. Each private room and semi-private suite is spacious, bright and homelike.
-- Freedom Place is a 14-bed special care neighborhood for people experiencing early Alzheimer’s Disease and related memory loss conditions. This innovative living environment features a unique design and distinctive, activity-focused programming.
