Welcome to Heartland Health Care Center- Decatur, (formerly known as ManorCare Health Services) located on a park-like setting and providing skilled nursing care, Alzheimer's care and respite stays. ManorCare's Arcadia Special Care Unit provides compassionate care for those suffering from Alzheimer's and related dementia in a comfortable and secure area with personalized programs and therapeutic activities. Our in-house therapists provide intensive rehabilitation including physical, occupational and speech therapies. The center is Medicare and Medicaid certified to provide additional medical support to those recovering from illness, injury or surgery. We are conveniently located near area hospitals.
