For seniors whose care needs have suddenly changed or become more complex, Heritage Manor - Mendota is a preferred eldercare option.

We believe in open, honest communication and are willing to take the time to listen. We are strong proponents of proactive problem solving and are continuously seeking ways to personalize care and update methods. What are some of the things that make us unique? Our nursing staff has developed a pain awareness team to better educate residents, families, and staff on how to more effectively reduce or control pain. Our single-story floor plan makes it easy for our residents, families, and staff to get around. Our therapy department isn't just good - it's great! In fact, a lot of residents, families, and staff have some really wonderful things to say about our rehab group.
For our residents enjoyment, our facility has an activity van for field trips. Also, the Mendota Area Senior Services provides van rides for doctor appointments and shopping.
