Heritage Manor - Mt. Sterling was constructed in 1968 and expanded in 1974. Heritage Enterprises purchased the facility in 1987. Our home - an 87-bed facility - features skilled nursing care and is Medicare certified.

"Families trust us because they know us," says Administrator Cathleen Koch. "Mt. Sterling is really a small, close-knit community. Our residents stay active by getting involved with community events, churches, and our schools. In a way, we are 'family' at Heritage. We love and care for our residents as if they were our own family members. We do everything possible to accommodate the residents' AND the families' needs."

Families also trust the staff at Heritage Manor - Mt. Sterling because they know their loved ones will be under the care of experienced professionals. Several of the nurses, CNA's, and housekeeping staff have over 25 years of experience caring for seniors. The Supervisor of Housekeeping recently completed her 30th year working at the facility, and our Director of Social Services has been with us for 22 years.
