Nestled in southeastern Illinois on West 4th Street, south of Hwy. 45/50 and east of Hwy. 1, in Flora, the Heritage Woods community is the only affordable assisted lifestyle community in Clay County, Illinois.
The community has been managed by BMA Management, Ltd., since it opened in 2000.

Designed to serve adults 65 and older of all incomes, Heritage Woods of Flora especially benefits those who do not have the financial resources to afford private pay assisted living and offers a wonderful alternative to nursing home care or struggling alone at home.
The community combines residential apartment home living with the availability of personal assistance, support services and opportunities for residents to enjoy the companionship of friends and neighbors and to participate in social events and programs.
