We believe that resident-centered skilled care involves a comprehensive approach. At the Living Center, we work closely with the resident and their family to develop individual care plans based on the specific desires, needs and goals of each resident. Each care plan incorporates our many elements of service including exceptional one-on-one nursing care, rehabilitation and therapy services, as well as a variety of activities for the mind and body all within a warm, caring environment. We are committed to providing consistent, compassionate staff who know our residents as individuals and understand their unique needs.
You’ll find that our staff at the Living Center not only cares for the residents, but also their entire family. We know that when a loved one is in need of our services, the care they receive affects relatives and friends as well. When working toward the goal of each resident, whether it is recovery from a medical event, transitioning back to the personal independence of their home, or the comfort of longer term care, we keep in mind the physical and emotional needs of everyone involved. We work toward health and wellness and achieving comfort at every level of need.
