On behalf of the residents and staff of Jonesboro Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to you and your loved one. The staff of Jonesboro Rehabilitation & Health Care Center strives for excellence in obtaining each resident’s individual needs and goals to attain their highest level of independence.

Our main objective is to provide excellent nursing care. We have a very dedicated and caring nursing staff to meet your needs. Our rehabilitation department is second to none and we offer an comprehensive activity and social service department to provide for your social needs. We strongly encourage family involvement with our residents at any time.

PROGRAMS

Jonesboro Rehabilitation & Health Care Center offers a variety of individualized care programs and medical services to help residents regain function and get the most out of life.

Nursing

Our team features compassionate, well trained registered nurses and licensed professionals whose knowledge, skills and experience are focused on meeting the total care of our residents. On duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we specialize in caring for those with dementia/Alzheimer’s and offer post stroke and geriatric care to meet a variety of residential needs.

Therapies

Restoration rehabilitation programs are conducted in the facility on a daily basis by a Certified Rehabilitation Aide at no extra charge. Members of our therapy team consist of a licensed occupational therapist, physical therapist and speech/language pathologist. Residents are assessed and a program designed to improve mobility, performance of activities of daily living (ADLs), communication and swallowing functions.

Dietary

Our dietary team knows the value of a well prepared meal. They are trained and educated to meet the needs of specific diets and personal preferences. Friends and family members are welcome to join us for meals anytime. Our full-time registered dietician closely monitors the diets/meals, weight gain/loss of residents to assure all needs and preferences are met.

Other Medical Services

At Jonesboro Rehabilitation & Health Care Center we provide an Alzheimer’s/Dementia Rehabilitation service as well as a Respite care ward. Jonesboro Rehabilitation & Health Care Center also provides a comprehensive restorative program to help residents reach and maintain their highest potential.
