Meadowbrook Manor provides a safe, secure environment where our Dementia Care residents can meet new friends, enjoy our programs, and receive the type of care that has been provided at our nursing homes for years. All three Meadowbrook Manors have a secured unit for residents suffering from Dementia/Alzheimer`s where they are cared for and encouraged to participate in our captivating activity programs.
ur Dementia programs and special training of staff are under the guidance of our Dementia Care Coordinator.
The welcoming introduction we have to our Dementia Care Programs make the transition easier for our residents, caregiver, and their family members.
Respite Care
Providing extended care in the home is a 24/7
responsibility for the caregiver, and the stress of this responsibility - regardless of the love and commitment of the caregiver, can take it`s toll on the strongest. Meadowbrook Manor appreciates and understands the demands of this care, and our Respite Care Program affords both the caregiver and the loved one an opportunity to enjoy a "vacation from care".
