Our family-owned and operated nursing and rehabilitation centers have been providing dignified and home-like care and assistance for aging members of our community for over 25 years. Meadowbrook Manor provides a safe, secure environment where our Dementia Care residents can meet new friends, enjoy our programs, and receive the type of care that has been provided at our nursing homes for years. All three Meadowbrook Manors have a secured unit for residents suffering from Dementia/Alzheimer`s where they are cared for and encouraged to participate in our captivating activity programs.
