Services

Short-Term Rehabilitation services at Provena St. Joseph Center include physical, occupational and speech therapy in our separate, state-of-the-art rehabilitation center.

Short-Term Respite Care provides full-time caregivers personal time away. Short-term respite care allows caregivers temporary or occasional time off to help them regain emotional strength or handle personal business.

Adult Day Center services offer caregivers and families the added support they need during weekday hours, including handicap-accessible transportation.

Skilled Nursing & Intermediate Care services are available for long-term residents who need assistance with the activities of daily living. Our nursing staff is available 24 hours a day, and we have different levels of nursing care to best meet your needs.

Provena St. Vincent Home is a Community Living Facility where developmentally disabled adults (with deficits in at least three of the six life areas) receive 24-hour staff supervision.

Our Supportive Living Arrangement is desigend for individuals who are mildly devleopmentally disabled but still require some supervision.
