Our Facility

University Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a privately owned, skilled nursing facility offering quality rehabilitative care as well as excellent long-term care. We are fortunate to have served the needs of area seniors in the Edwardsville community since 1978.

Our philosophy is to enhance the quality of life as well as assist our Residents in restoring their functional ability by utilizing the necessary medical, rehabilitation and social service resources. We provide comprehensive care while maintaining the integrity of our Residents.

We treat our Residents as individuals. Our Residents are encouraged to participate in specialized care plans to meet their physical care plans to meet their physical and social needs. Various activities are provided to the Residents to promote health and socialization.
