About Us

The founders and developers of Wyndcrest live in and around the community of Rochester. We come from various walks of life, but we share the same core values: Faith, Family, Friendships, and Fortitude. Because the Rochester people are so supportive of our venture, we’ve gone to great lengths to provide the services, compassion and facility that will make residents, staff, and the community excited to be a part of Wyndcrest. We take pride in our efforts to provide a great alternative to people who are still full of life but need a little extra help or security. We value your feedback so that we can continually serve your needs at the highest of standards. Our Administrator

Kelley Tierney was born and raised on a farm in San Jose, Illinois. She graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in Psychology. Immediately following graduation, she began working in the field of health care and has been there ever since. She worked as a Recreation Therapist on the Psychiatric unit at St. John’s Hospital for 18 years and then became Social Service Director at Regency Nursing Care Residence in Springfield, prior to coming to Wyndcrest. Kelley has been married to husband, Bob for 25 years. They have 3 children. Their twin sons, Nathaniel and Jacob are currently seniors at Illinois State University in Bloomington and their 12 year old daughter, Gracie is a seventh grader at Elkhart Grade School. The Tierney’s make their home in Cornland, population 68, where they live in the old Methodist church which they remodeled to make their home. Kelley enjoys the health care field and states, “I can’t picture myself wanting to work in any other field.” (Unless it included a tropical beach, of course!) Kelley is very excited about her position as Wyndcrest Administrator, and looks forward to the challenges ahead of her.
