Philosophy and Objectives of Morris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center
We strive to help each resident maintain their dignity and respect by encouraging autonomy and independence.
1. To provide quality nursing care which will encourage each resident to achieve and maintain the highest level of independence.
2. To support the plan of care for each resident developed by our nursing staff, along with your personal physician and yourself.
3. To provide, as needed, physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
4. To develop and maintain relationships with the residents family and friends which will assure the respect of the community and enhance the professional reputation of the facility.
