The Dietary Department, under the direction of a Licensed Dietician and a Dietary Manager, creates menus and prepares delicious home cooked meals.
Therapeutic needs and special diets are monitored and given special attention by the dietary staff.
Resident and families are interviewed and food preferences are recorded to ensure every resident’s likes and needs are met. Substitutions are always available to ensure that each resident receives a balanced meal.
