Hospice Care

Caring for a loved one who is facing a terminal illness can be emotionally draining and stressful. We understand that it can be easy to lose focus on the obligations of your own life. Nonetheless, your loved one would not want you to lose sight of what you need to accomplish in life as well. After all, maintaining your well-being is one of the most caring and encouraging things you can do for those who care about you.

Entrusting the care of your loved one to others can be a difficult decision, and no one understands the difficulty of what you are going through more than the Hospice team professionals. Consisting of Hospice volunteers, a personal physician, clergy, nurses and aides, the kind hearts and open ears of this team put each resident’s physical and emotional well-being first. That’s our sole purpose.

Working hand-in-hand with families to learn all we can about the people we care for is important to us. We listen, pay attention to details and connect on a personal level. Our staff regularly trains family members on certain tasks so that they can continue to be a vital part of their loved one’s life and care.

A closely monitored environment paired with the support of an admirable group of caring professionals ensures our patients receive all the medical attention and care they need, including nursing care, medical equipment and supplies, social services, pharmacy services, and spiritual and bereavement counseling.
