Skilled Nursing Services
Our 24-hour skilled nursing services are directed by an R.N. with expertise in geriatric nursing and long-term care. Our nursing team consists of nurse managers, RN’s, LPN’s, and certified nurse assistants. As a skilled nursing facility, we are able to provide a wide range of services, including IV therapies, enteral nutrition, parenteral nutrition, wound treatments and prevention, and end-of life services. Whether providing daily assistance or complex medical care, our nursing team works together to follow the plan of care that has been developed by the interdisciplinary team and attending physician
