On behalf of the residents and staff of Flanagan Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to you and your loved one. The staff of Flanagan Rehabilitation & Health Care Center strives for excellence in obtaining each resident’s individual needs and goals to attain their highest level of independence.
Our main objective is to provide excellent nursing care. We have a very dedicated and caring nursing staff to meet your needs. We also offer an exciting activity and social service department to provide for your social needs. We strongly encourage family involvement with our residents at any time.
SERVICES OFFERED
NURSING SERVICES
Our nursing team consists of compassionate, well-educated professionals whose skills and experience are focused on meeting the total care needs of our residents. Our nursing staff is continually updated and trained on the most progressive treatment options available anywhere. They are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve our residents and answer your questions.
DIETARY
Our dietary specialists know the value of a well-prepared, appetizing meal. They are uniquely equipped to meet the specialized dietary needs of our clientele as well as accommodating a wide variety of personal preferences shaped by a lifetime of experience. Our modern and sanitary kitchen is a model for our industry. Friends and family members are encouraged to join us for delicious meals on a regular basis. There is a small charge for those wishing to join us.
DINING HOURS
Mini Meal - 7:30 a.m.
Breakfast Buffet - 10:15 a.m.
Dinner Buffet - 3:30 p.m.
Mini Meal - 7:00 p.m.
MEDICAL SERVICES
The Flanagan Rehabilitation & Health Cares Center’s Medical Director visits the facility regularly.
· 24-hour pharmacy service
· 24-hour laboratory service
· Facility podiatrist and his staff make regularly scheduled visits to the facility
SOCIAL & ACTIVITY SERVICES
Our social service team in conjunction with our interdisciplinary team generates quality programs whose purpose is to fulfill the varied needs of our residents. The goal of our activities team is to provide a dynamic and stimulating home environment. Both departments provide challenging individual and group programming designed to promote intellectual, physical and social stimulation and rehabilitation.

LAUNDRY SERVICE
We have a full service laundry facility that provides 24 hour a day laundry service. Our staff picks up the dirty laundry, washes, folds, and returns it to each resident’s room. Please make sure all of your loved one’s clothing articles are labeled and inventoried by our staff. We take great pride in caring for our resident’s personal belongings in a professional, homelike manner.
BEAUTY & BARBER SHOP
We have a full service beauty/barber shop that is staffed on a regularly scheduled basis. Our beautician has over 20 years of experience and will make sure your loved one has the type of cut or service they are accustomed to. Please see the business office for a list of services and prices.
