Pastoral Care ensures that we are meeting the spiritual and emotional needs of our patients and residents, as well as their families. We offer an on-site chapel that holds regularly scheduled Catholic and non-denominational faith services.

Social Services serves as a liaison between our patients, residents, families and outside resources, advocating on your behalf during the development of individualized care and discharge plans. Our team works for smooth and comfortable transitions for those we serve.

Hospice or comfort care is available, in keeping with our mission of compassionately responding to human need in the spirit of Jesus Christ. We will work with each resident, patient, family member and physician requesting hospice services. Our nursing and pastoral care staff will work alongside your hospice provider of choice to ensure a comfortable, compassionate and dignified transition to end-of-life care
